§ 6.1-237.5. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Rules and regulations.
The Commission shall promulgate such rules and regulations as it deemsappropriate to effect the purposes of this chapter. Before promulgating anysuch rule or regulation, the Commission shall give reasonable notice of itscontent and shall afford interested parties an opportunity to be heard.
