§ 6.1-297. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Use in civil action of factsdiscovered or disclosures made during investigation.

Notwithstanding any such compulsory investigation or verbal testimony, civilrights, not involving penalty or forfeiture, on the part of anyone and theright to injunctive relief as provided for in § 6.1-303 may be enforced andthe facts discovered and disclosures made in the course of any suchinvestigation shall be available against the person so investigated or socompelled to testify in any proceeding involving any ordinary civil right orfor obtaining an injunction under this chapter.
