§ 6.1-301. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Annual reports.
Each licensee shall annually, on or before April 1, file a report with theCommission giving such relevant information as may reasonably be requiredconcerning his business and operations during the preceding calendar year asto each licensed place of business conducted by him within the Commonwealth.Reports shall be made under oath and shall be in the form prescribed by theCommission.
