§ 6.1-307. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Appeal.
From any action taken by the Commission hereunder, whether upon petition fromaction taken by the Commissioner, or otherwise, any licensee, or any otherperson in interest considering himself aggrieved, may, as a matter of right,appeal to the Supreme Court in the manner provided by law.
