§ 6.1-330.48. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Applicability of certainsections.
Sections 6.1-330.16, 6.1-330.24, 6.1-330.31 and 6.1-330.47 shall not apply toloans made by any lender licensed by, and under the supervision of, the StateCorporation Commission or the federal government nor to loans made by stateand national banks, state and federal savings institutions and state andfederal credit unions. Sections 6.1-330.16, 6.1-330.24, 6.1-330.31 and6.1-330.47 shall not apply to a seller in a real estate sales transaction whotakes a subordinate mortgage on such real estate.
