§ 6.2-1063. (Effective October 1, 2010) Officers, directors, agents andemployees violating or causing trust subsidiary to violate laws; civilliability not affected.
Any officer, director, agent, or employee of any trust subsidiary whoknowingly violates or who knowingly causes any trust subsidiary to violateany provision of this chapter, or knowingly participates or knowinglyacquiesces in any such violation, unless other punishment is provided for theoffense of such officer, agent, or employee, is guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor. The provisions of this section shall not affect the civilliability of any such officer, director, agent or employee.
