§ 6.2-1101. (Effective October 1, 2010) Construction and application ofchapter.
A. It is the intention of the General Assembly that this chapter shall beliberally construed to effect the purposes set out herein.
B. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to federal savings institutionsand foreign savings institutions doing business in the Commonwealth insofaras the Commonwealth has the power to enact legislation with regard to them.
