§ 6.2-1314. (Effective October 1, 2010) Penalties for violation of orders ofCommission.
The Commission may impose a civil penalty not exceeding $10,000 upon anycredit union or against any of its directors, officers, or employees forknowingly or willfully violating any lawful order of the Commission.
