§ 6.2-1350. (Effective October 1, 2010) Executive committee.
The board of directors may appoint from its own number an executivecommittee, consisting of not less than three directors. The executivecommittee may be authorized to act for the board in all respects, subject tosuch conditions and limitations as are prescribed by the board and subsectionD of § 13.1-869.
