§ 6.2-1504. (Effective October 1, 2010) Restrictions on name.
No licensee shall use a firm, corporate, or assumed name that contains any ofthe words "savings," "trust," "trustee," "bank," "banker,""banking," "investment," "thrift," "building," or "industrial."
