§ 6.2-1516. (Effective October 1, 2010) Reinstatement of license.
The Commission may reinstate any suspended license, or issue a new license toa person any license of whom has been revoked, if no fact or condition thenexists that clearly would have warranted the Commission to refuse originallyto issue a license under this chapter.
