§ 6.2-2106. (Effective October 1, 2010) Regulations.
The Commission shall adopt such regulations as it deems appropriate to effectthe purposes of this chapter. Before adopting any such regulations, theCommission shall give reasonable notice of the content thereof, and shallafford interested parties an opportunity to be heard, in accordance with theCommission's Rules.
