§ 6.2-610. (Effective October 1, 2010) Transfers arising from right ofsurvivorship nontestamentary.
Any transfers resulting from the application of § 6.2-608 are effective byreason of the account contracts involved and this article and are not to beconsidered as testamentary or subject to Chapter 3 (§ 64.1-45 et seq.) ofTitle 64.1.
