§ 6.2-845. (Effective October 1, 2010) Additional branches.
An out-of-state bank that has established or acquired a branch in theCommonwealth under this article may establish or acquire additional branchesin the Commonwealth to the same extent that any bank, whose home state is theCommonwealth, may establish or acquire a branch in the Commonwealth underapplicable federal and state law.
