§ 6.2-867. (Effective October 1, 2010) Discount by officer, director, oremployee of paper refused by bank.
No officer, director, or employee of a bank may purchase or discount any noteor paper at a rate of interest in excess of what such bank might chargeknowing that such bank has refused to purchase or discount such paper.
