§ 6.2-898. (Effective October 1, 2010) Examinations.
The Commission, as often as it deems necessary in the public interest, shallexamine or cause to be examined each bank incorporated under the laws of, anddoing business in, the Commonwealth. Such examination shall be conducted atleast once in every three-year period.
