§ 6.2-910. (Effective October 1, 2010) Reduction of fees.
If the Commission is of the opinion that the amounts of the several chargesand fees set forth in § 6.2-908 will produce more revenue than is required tocover the costs and expenses to be paid from such charges and fees, theCommission, in its discretion, may reduce on a pro rata basis the amount ofsuch charges and fees.
