§ 60.2-225. State.
"State" refers to the Commonwealth of Virginia, including land or premiseslocated therein, owned, held or possessed by the United States, the states ofthe United States of America, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth ofPuerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
