§ 60.2-630. Authority to set aside or vacate determinations and decisions.
The Commission may, in its discretion, at any time before a determination ordecision becomes final pursuant to §§ 60.2-619, 60.2-621, or § 60.2-622, withgood cause set aside or modify any such determination or decision.
