§ 62.1-132.13. Cooperation with federal agencies.
The Authority is empowered to cooperate with, and to act as an agent for, theUnited States of America or any agency, department, corporation orinstrumentality thereof in the maintenance, development, improvement, and useof harbors and seaports of the Commonwealth, and in any other matter withinthe purposes, duties, and powers of the Authority.
