§ 62.1-132.2. Bylaws and organization.
The Authority shall have the power to adopt, alter, and repeal bylaws, rules,and regulations governing the manner in which its business shall betransacted and the manner in which the powers of the Authority shall beexercised and its duties performed. Such bylaws, rules, and regulations mayprovide for such committees and their functions as the Authority may deemnecessary or expedient.
