§ 62.1-144. Remedies of bondholders and trustee.

Any holder of bonds, notes, certificates or other evidences of borrowingissued under the provisions of this chapter or of any of the couponsappertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement, except tothe extent the rights herein given may be restricted by such trust agreement,may either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction, mandamus orother proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws ofthe Commonwealth or granted by this chapter or under such trust agreement orthe resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, notes or certificatesand may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by thischapter or by such agreement or resolution to be performed by the Authorityor by any officer or agent thereof, including the fixing of charges andcollection of the same.
