§ 62.1-77. Officers and employees; meetings.

The Commission shall elect from its membership a chairman, and may alsoselect a secretary who need not be a member. The Commission may employ suchassistants as it deems necessarily required, and the duties of suchassistants shall be prescribed and their compensation fixed by the Commissionand paid out of the state treasury out of funds appropriated for suchpurposes upon the requisition of the Commission.

The Commission shall meet at times and places agreed upon by thecommissioners or upon call of its chairman.
