63.2-1953 - Disposition of funds collected as debts to Department.

§ 63.2-1953. Disposition of funds collected as debts to Department.

Funds collected as a debt to the Department pursuant to the provisions ofthis chapter shall be placed in a special fund of the Department for use inthe enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
