§ 63.2-212. Employment of agents and employees.
The Commissioner may, subject to the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 etseq.) of Title 2.2, employ or authorize the employment of such agents andemployees as may be needed by the Commissioner and the Department in theexercise of the functions, duties and powers conferred and imposed by lawupon him and the Department, and in order to effect a proper organization andto carry out its duties.
