§ 63.2-213. Powers, duties, titles and functions of agents and employees.
The functions, duties, powers and titles of the agents and employees providedfor in § 63.2-212, and their salaries and remuneration, not in excess of theamount provided therefor by law, shall be fixed by the Commissioner, subjectto the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2.
