§ 63.2-316. Submission of budget to governing bodies.
The local boards shall submit annually to the boards of supervisors or citycouncils of their respective counties and cities a budget, containing anestimate and supporting data setting forth the amount of money needed tocarry out the provisions of this title, and a copy thereof shall be forwardedto the Commissioner, subject to the provisions of § 63.2-205.
