63.2-404 - Expenses of Auditor of Public Accounts, Comptroller and State Treasurer.

§ 63.2-404. Expenses of Auditor of Public Accounts, Comptroller and StateTreasurer.

All expenses incurred by the Auditor of Public Accounts in auditing thebooks, records and accounts of the Board and the Commissioner, and inrendering other services to them and all expenses incurred by the Comptrollerand the State Treasurer in performing the services required by or underSubtitles II and III of this title, may be treated as administrative expensesof the Department, and paid as such.
