§ 64.1-104.8. Uniformity of application and construction; short title.

This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purposeto make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter amongstates enacting it. This chapter may be cited as the Uniform SimultaneousDeath Act (1993).
