§ 64.1-151. Executor, etc., to pay over sale proceeds and rents to personsentitled.
It shall be one of the duties of an executor or administrator, by virtue ofhis office, and as such embraced by his official bond, faithfully to pay therents and profits or proceeds of sale of real estate which may lawfully cometo his hands, or to the hands of any person for him, to such persons as areentitled thereto.
