§ 64.1-182. How such assets administered.
Such assets, so far as they may be in the hands of the personalrepresentative of the decedent, may be administered by the court in theoffice whereof there is or may be filed, under Chapter 2 (§ 26-8 et seq.) ofTitle 26, a report of the accounts of such representative, and of the debtsand demands against the decedent's estate, or they may, in any case, beadministered by a court of equity.
