§ 65.2-1307. Immunity of Committee members from liability.
Every member of the Statewide Coordinating Committee and every member of aregional peer review committee, and every agent of each such committee, shallbe immune from civil liability for any act, decision, omission or utterancedone or made in performance of his duties while serving as a member of suchcommittee so long as such act, decision, omission or utterance is not done ormade in bad faith or with malicious intent.
