§ 67-1110. Restoring condition of ground.
The portions of the surface of the roads, turnpikes, streets, avenues, oralleys, or of any pavements opened up or disturbed in erecting, repairing,laying or replacing distribution facilities under the provisions of thischapter shall be immediately restored to and maintained in good condition bythe renewable generator doing such work. In case of the failure of therenewable generator to restore and maintain the same, the corporateauthorities of the city or town, or the board of supervisors or othergoverning authority of the county, or the Commonwealth TransportationCommissioner, as the case may be, may properly restore and maintain the same,and the costs thereof may be recovered by the city or town, or county, orCommonwealth, from the renewable generator, in any court of properjurisdiction.
