28B.10.855 - Capital improvements, bonds for -- As legal investment for state and municipal funds.

Capital improvements, bonds for — As legal investment for state and municipal funds.

The bonds herein authorized shall be a legal investment for all state funds or for funds under state control and all funds of municipal corporations.
