Responsibility for losses — Fees and taxes. (Expires December 31, 2016.)

(1) The association is not a member of the guaranty fund created under chapter 48.32 RCW. The guaranty fund, this state, and any political subdivisions are not responsible for losses sustained by the association.

(2) The association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by the state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real or personal property.
