§3-4-25. Form and delivery of return sheets.
The general return sheet, triplicate return sheets, and statement, shall be printed to conform with the make of voting machine used. The designating number and letter, if any, on the counter for each candidate shall be reprinted thereon opposite the candidate's name. Immediately after the vote has been ascertained, the above-mentioned return sheets shall be forthwith delivered to the respective persons to whom they are addressed as provided in this chapter.
