§5C-2-6. Continuation of council.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the council for clean coal technology shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand five, unless sooner terminated or unless continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
