§18-10C-3. Membership in compact continued.
West Virginia's membership in the southern regional education compact shall continue, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand nine, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
