134.80 Home heating fuel dealers. Any dealer selling fuel of any kind for the purpose of heating a private residence shall notify each private residential customer whose account is subject to disconnection of the existence of the fuel assistance programs provided by the department of administration under s. 16.27.134.80 - ANNOT.
