(1) A credit memo issued in the ordinary course of the issuer's business that remains unclaimed by the owner for more than 5 years after becoming payable or distributable is presumed abandoned.177.14(2)
(2) The amount presumed abandoned under sub. (1) is the amount credited to the recipient of the credit memo.177.14 - ANNOT.
