25.49 Recycling and renewable energy fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the recycling and renewable energy fund, to consist of:25.49(1)

(1m) The moneys received under s. 287.17 (4) and (10) (j).25.49(2)
(2) The fees imposed under s. 287.31.25.49(3)
