348.11 Penalty for violating size and load limitations.348.11(1)
(1) Any person violating s. 348.09 or 348.10 may be required to forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $200.348.11(2)
(2) Any person violating ss. 348.05 to 348.08 may be required to forfeit not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the first offense and may be required to forfeit not less than $100 nor more than $200 for the 2nd and each subsequent conviction within one year.348.11 - ANNOT.
