68.04 Municipalities included. "Municipality", as used in this chapter, includes any county, city, village, town, technical college district, special purpose district or board or commission thereof, and any public or quasi-public corporation or board or commission created pursuant to statute, ordinance or resolution, but does not include the state, a state agency, a corporation chartered by the state or a school district as defined in s. 115.01 (3).68.04 - ANNOT.
