786.14 Realty of wards; will or conveyance not disregarded. No real estate or interest therein shall be sold, mortgaged or leased under the provisions of this chapter contrary to the provisions of any will by which the same was devised or of any conveyance by which the same was transferred to the minor or individual adjudicated incompetent.786.14 - ANNOT.
