961.115 Native American Church exemption. This chapter does not apply to the nondrug use of peyote and mescaline in the bona fide religious ceremonies of the Native American Church.961.115 - ANNOT.

Because the exemption is based upon the unique cultural heritage of Native Americans, it is not an unconstitutional classification. State v. Peck, 143 Wis. 2d 624, 422 N.W.2d 160 (Ct. App. 1988).
