§ 3b. Maintenance and repair of Government improvements under concession contracts
Privileges, leases, and permits granted by the Secretary of the Interior for the use of land for the accommodation of park visitors, pursuant to section
3 of this title, may provide for the maintenance and repair of Government improvements by the grantee notwithstanding the provisions of section
1302 of title
40, or any other provision of law.
