§ 8d. National-monument approach roads
Approach roads to national monuments shall be included within the provisions of sections
8 and
8a to
8c of this title under the same conditions as approach roads to national parks, and the limitation therein on the amount of annual allocation of funds to national park approach roads shall be inclusive of such national monument approaches.
