§ 450oo-9. Administration, protection, and development
When establishment of the monument has been effected, pursuant to sections
450oo to
450oo–10 of this title, the Secretary of the Interior shall administer, protect, and develop the monument in accordance with the provisions of sections
1,
2,
3, and
4 of this title, as amended.
