L. 90–247, title I, § 171, title VII, § 702, Jan. 2, 1968, 81 Stat. 805, 816, provided for dissemination of information and authorization of appropriations of $1,500,000; $3,500,000; $3,700,000; and $4,000,000 for fiscal years ending June 30, 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1970.
