§ 214. Public lands development roads and trails
(a)
Funds available for public lands development roads and trails shall be used to pay the cost of construction and improvement of such roads and trails.
(b)
Funds available for public lands development roads and trails shall be available for adjacent vehicular parking areas and for sanitary, water, and fire control facilities.
